The ESIA Report aims to identify and assess potential environmental and social impacts related to the development of the Project, by conducting an objective and independent ESIA process. This includes gathering relevant information and the views of Affected and Interested Parties, which have been collected and submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MTE) and the National Environmental Agency (NEA) to enable an informed decision-making process.

This ESIA report presents the outcomes of the ESIA process, outlining the potential impacts identified through the engagement process and providing recommendations for measures to mitigate and manage such impacts.

This report has been prepared by Abkons Shpk as the Independent Environmental Consultant (IEC) and complies with EBRD standards for a Category B project.
